Our jewellery is crafted using high-grade, skin-friendly base metals (like brass or stainless steel) with premium gold plating. Every piece includes an anti-tarnish finish to ensure it remains beautiful with regular wear.

To maintain its shine, keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or the provided box to prevent scratching. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use to protect the anti-tarnish coating.

We ship across India. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping charges may apply, with free shipping often available on orders above a certain value.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items like earrings. For other items, returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Verified issues will be resolved with a replacement or a full refund, processed within 7–10 business days.

An order can be canceled or modified within 6 hours of placement, provided it has not already been dispatched. Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order ID for any changes.
